April Fool’s 2024

Every year on  April 1st, we celebrate April Fool’s Day. It is a day filled with laughter and jokes. On this day, people play tricks on their friends and families. 

Long ago, in France, people used to celebrate New Year’s Day on the first day of April. But, in 1582, the country changed its calendar, and 1st January was announced as the start of the new year. 

However, some people didn’t know about this change. So, they kept celebrating New Year in April. People who didn’t know about the new date were called the “April Fools.” After this, 1st April is celebrated as April Fool’s Day! 

April Fool’s Day is simple and fun. It is a day when we can make our loved ones happy. While celebrating this fun day, we should keep in mind that our jokes do not hurt someone’s feelings.
