Asian Para Games 2023 Come to an End

The Asian Para Games 2023 is a sporting championship which was held in China from October 22 to October 28. India did well, getting fifth place out of 144 countries. India won 111 medals: 29 gold, 31 silver, and 51 bronze. China got the most medals with 521 in total.

The Asian Para Games happen every four years, and this was the fourth time. India sent its largest team ever, with 309 athletes (196 men and 113 women).

In the previous 2018 games in Jakarta, India had just 188 athletes and won 72 medals, including 15 gold, 24 silver, and 33 bronze. So, this year was India’s best performance at the Asian Para Games.
