Cricket World Cup 2023 Final: India vs Australia

The final match of the 2023 Cricket World Cup took place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Australian Cricket team won the match and became the Cricket World Cup winner for the sixth time. 

India scored a total of 240 runs with KL Rahul scoring the highest with 66 runs. While bowling, players Jasprit Bumrah took two wickets, and Mohammad Siraj took the wicket of David Warner. Australia won by scoring 241 runs by the 43rd over. Australian player, Travis Head was the only one to score more than a century. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and multiple other celebrities were present at the stadium to support India. PM Modi and the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, Richard Marles handed over the winning trophy to the Australian Captain, Pat Cummins. Virat Kohli was announced as the Player of the 2023 World Cup. And, the title of the Man of the Match was given to Travis Head.

The Indian Cricket team performed wonderfully in the 2023 World Cup Series by winning ten out of eleven matches in total. They won the hearts of millions of Indians and made the whole country proud with their outstanding performance.
