Darjeeling to Host World Tennis Masters Tournament

Darjeeling will be hosting the SBI Life MT 200 World Tennis Masters Tournament at the Darjeeling Gymkhana Club with the help of the Bengal Tennis Association. The Darjeeling Gymkhana Club was established in 1909. The tournament will be held from May 13 to 19. The tournament will also receive support from the International Tennis Federation (ITF). 

More than 90 players from all across India and from other parts of the world will attend the tournament. Players between the ages of 40 and 75 will participate in the tennis tournament. Depending on the performance of the player, he or she will be scored. The player with the highest score will rank on top in that category in the tournament.
