ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 Trophy Launched Into Space

The ICC Cricket World Cup is held every four years. It is a One Day International (ODI) cricket championship. The International Cricket Council (ICC) organises the Cricket World Cup. This year, the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 will take place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, between October 5 to November 19. The winner of the championship will receive the ICC Cricket World Cup Trophy, which was recently launched from space.

On June 26, the ICC World Cup Trophy Tour began. The trophy was launched about 120,000 feet above the surface of the Earth. All this was achieved using a stratospheric balloon to which the trophy was secured. Stunning high-resolution pictures were taken of the trophy floating in space.
