India defeats England by 100 Points

Yesterday, the Indian cricket team won against the England Cricket team by 100 points. The match occurred on the 29th of October at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. This was the sixth match in the World Cup in 2023 that India won. 

The Indian team captained by Rohit Sharma scored 229 for 9. While England scored 129 points in 34.5 overs before all their batsmen were out. Rohit Sharma became the man of the match by scoring 87 points. With an outstanding performance by Indian bowlers, the match ended before the 35th over.  

England is currently in the lowest position in the World Cup while India is at the top. In their next match, the Indian Cricket team will be playing against the Sri Lankan cricket team on Thursday, 2nd November. The match will take place in the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
