India wins 2023 World Cup Semifinal against New Zealand 

The Indian Cricket Team is the first team to qualify for the 2023 World Cup Finals. India won against New Zealand in the first semifinal match. The match took place in Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai where India had won the 2011 Cricket World Cup Finals. 

India scored a total of 397 runs. Cricketer, Virat Kohli broke the record of the legendary Sachin Tendulkar by scoring his 50th century in the ODI(One Day International) cricket.

While bowling, Mohammad Shami became the Man of the Match by taking seven wickets from the New Zealand team. India won by 70 runs. 

The next Semifinals will take place today between Australia and South Africa. The winning team will play against India in the World Cup Finals in the Narendra Modi Stadium on 19th November. 

The Indian cricket team has made every India proud with their amazing performance in the 2023 World Cup. The semifinal match saw the entire country coming together and celebrating the win of India.
