Indian Duo Wins 2024 French Open Title

Indian badminton players Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty became the winners of the 2024 French Open. The French Open is an important badminton tournament that takes place every year. This time, it took place in Paris from March 5th to 10th, and our Indian team of Rankireddy and Shetty became the winners.

They played in the men’s double category against Lee Jhe-Huei and Yang Po-Hsuan from Chinese Taipei. The Indian duo won the first round very easily with a score of 21. They also won the second match with 21 points. This led to their victory! 

Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty are a very talented duo of badminton players. They also won the French Open tournament in 2022. In total, they have seven world championship titles and they continue to make India proud.
