Kandung Flori Village at Bengal Safari

Bengal Safari recently opened a “Kandung Flori Village” which was inaugurated recently by the State forest minister, Jyotipriya Mallick. The “Flori village will contain 135 different species of plants, including cactuses, succulents and more. Aside from plants, there will also be plant potting media and other equipment. 

The  main aim of this initiative is to allow farmers to sell plants directly to the customers, without needing middlemen. This will help to increase the profit made by the farmers. All of these items can be bought from their sales counter.
