Kandung Flori Village at Bengal Safari

The forest minister of West Bengal, Jyotipriya Mallick, has recently opened a “Kandung Flori Village” in Bengal Safari. At this flori village, 135 different types of plants will be brought in and sold to people. Customers will be able to buy plants directly from the farmers who grow them. This will cut off the need for middlemen and increase the profit earned by  farmers.

Other than plants, materials required to grow plants and other related equipment will also be sold.
