National Vaccination Day 2024

When we fall sick, we have to take medicines to get better, right? Just like that, vaccination is also needed to get better. When we get vaccinated, we become stronger and safer from dangerous diseases.

On 16th March 1995, the Indian government decided to give vaccination to kids. This made the kids feel better. So to celebrate this big win, 16th March was announced as the National Vaccination Day! So we celebrate National Vaccination Day today, in India. 

The Theme for National Vaccination Day 2024 is “Vaccines Work For All.”  This day reminds us about the importance of getting vaccinated and staying healthy. It is a very important day for India.
