Safer Internet Day 2024

The internet is a very useful place where we can learn about so many new things. However, it can be a dangerous place too. So, we should be careful while using the internet. Safer Internet Day is a special day which shows the importance of staying safe on the internet. It is celebrated on the second Tuesday of February every year. In 2024, this day is being celebrated on 6th February.

This day was started in the year 2004 and now it is celebrated by many countries. The theme for Safer Internet Day 2024 is ‘Together for a Better Internet’.

To celebrate this day, we can learn how to be responsible while using the internet. Always ask your parents and teachers to teach you internet safety. To stay safe, do not reply to unknown accounts and do not share important information with anyone. If you come across something that looks unsafe, ask your elders to help you out.
