TIME’s List of 100 Most Influential Companies in the World 2023

TIME magazine has released its list of 100 Most Influential Companies in the World 2023. The selection of companies was made on several factors including the success of the business, ambition, the impact created and the levels of innovation. The evaluation was done by experts, correspondents and contributors across TIME’s global network. The list consists of companies and businesses across multiple sectors, from fashion and clothing to artificial intelligence and games.

Some of the companies included are Skims founded by Kim Kardashian, Duolingo which is a language-learning application, SpaceX which is owned by Elon Musk, Canva which is a creative design tool, OpenAI whose CEO is Sam Altman and Chess.com. The only Indian businesses to make it to the list are the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and Meesho.

TIME Magazine was first published in 1923 In New York City. Until March 2020, the magazine was published weekly, after which it changed to once every other week.
