Welcome 2024: Happy New Year!

Today marks the first day of the year 2024, presenting us with new opportunities and endless possibilities. The beginning of a new year fills our hearts with hope and excitement for a better and brighter future. 

As we bid goodbye to 2023, let us look back at the significant events of this year. In sports, the 13th edition of the Cricket World Cup took place in India, and Australia emerged as the champion. King Charles III became the king of the United Kingdom at the age of 73.

Coming to India, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) created history by making India the first country to reach the polar region of the moon in the Chandrayaan-3 mission. 

This new year brings us new events and world affairs. This year will see India and America conducting major elections, and the Summer Olympics will take place in Paris from July to August.
