Wimbledon 2023 Comes to an End

The Wimbledon Championships is the world’s oldest lawn tennis championship. The 2023 Wimbledon championship was held between July 3 and 16, at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London. 

Many famous personalities, including celebrities and former sportspeople, attended the championship. Prince George of Wales, Princess Kate and Princess Charlotte were present to watch the championship finals. The former professional tennis player Roger Federer was given a tribute at Wimbledon 2023. He is nicknamed the “God of Tennis”. He holds the record for the most number of wins in the championship. He has won 8 Wimbledon titles in his career.

The finals of the Wimbledon 2023 championship were held on July 16. During the match, 20-year-old Carlos Alcaraz won the Men’s singles against Novak Djokovic to win the Wimbledon 2023 title. Novak Djokovic has won 7 Wimbledon titles so far.
