World Snow Day 2024

World Snow Day is a special day that happens every year on the third Sunday of January. In 2024, it was celebrated on the 21st of January. World Snow Day is a day for children to have fun with snow-related sports like skiing and snowboarding.

The International Ski Federation started the ‘Bring Children to the Snow’ campaign in 2007, and in January 2012, the first World Snow Day took place. Since then, almost 3 million people have joined in winter sports events like skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snowshoeing, and more.

The main idea of World Snow Day is to inspire people to love the winter season and do activities that keep us healthy.
